A very special pizza shop owner in Gibsonville, North Carolina named April Murray is doing something very special for kids in her community, which in turn affects our society as a whole. Gibsonville is located to the east of Greensboro, not too far from Elon College.
April, who owns Just Pizza on West Main Street in downtown Gibsonville is offering free pizza to help make Christmas special for kids in need. All you need to do is stop by after 4:00pm and bring a gift. If you cannot make it to the Just Pizza, you can also go to the fire house on Piedmont Avenue and they will give you a coupon for dropping off a present. When April Murray heard there was only ONE toy in the donation box at the Gibsonville Fire Department, she decided to give her pizzas away to help.
So far April has given away more then 30 pizzas. Let’s hope she gives away hundreds. Some partrons have been kind enough to just stop by and drop off gifts, while refusing to even take the free pizza. Just when you think all humanity is lost, the residents of Gibsonville prove that there are still some good hearted people out there. THANK YOU APRIL!
