Mrs. Pizza and I wanted to treat ourselves to the $7.95 all you can eat lunch buffet offered every Wednesday and Thursday at the Seminole Coconut Creek Casino.  Let me tell you, this place was much nicer than I thought it would be.

I wanted pizza and was pleasantly surprised to see a nice display of hot fresh pies.  I had a slice with sausage and peppers.  It was pleasant at first, but tasted a little too institutional.  Since I am usually a purist and prefer a cheese slice, I was looking forward to my 2nd slice.  I thought it would be better than my first.  Unfortunately, it was more disappointing.
While I just didn’t care for it, Mrs. Pizza described it as rubbery and watery.  I would prefer Pizza Hut to this pizza, and like Pizza Hut, its better when you load it up with toppings.  Fortunately, there were a lot of non-pizza options to consider.  A pasta bar, a grill with HUGE burgers and hot dogs, a tremendous dessert display; all with generous portions.  Let me tell you, after 2 slices of pizza, a burger, hot dog and pasta with clam sauce I was STUFFED.  You need a players card to get this deal, and the line was VERY long to get one.  For $7.95 this deal can not be beat, just don’t go for the pizza!  4 out of 8 slices.
