I would like to have a lunch mulligan, or a do-over for today’s lunch.  We headed to Giovanni’s for a deep dish pizza.  I am a NY style guy, but can appreciate the Chicago style from time to time.  I loved my times in Chicago when I had great pies at places like Pizzeria Uno (The Original), Gino’s with the walls that you can write on and the hidden gem Home Run pizza on the South side.  This pizza today was a slap in the face of the greats I just mentioned.  The sauce
