I know this post is a little late but I just started the blog and I wanted to show everyone what Tony's Authentic Brooklyn Pizza in Boca Raton did for me on Valentine's Day. This pizza was made upside down with the fresh cheese melted into the delicious crust and then the sauce cooked on top with a little Parmesan sprinkled on it to add some extra flavor.
