Bonello’s New York Pizza San Pedro California

I have been in the L.A. area now for three months, and I finally decided it was time to venture out to find what kind of pizza the area has to offer. While driving in the San Pedro area it occurred to me that my friend....well acquaintance Sean recommend that I try Bonello's New York pizza. I think he might even have a tattoo of this place on his calf, but it is so hard to tell since you can't recognize anything on his body since it is totally inked up with anime...a total different story. At first I was skeptical of Bonello's because of the location of the restaurant. Bonello's is not located in the best of neighborhoods.  It was quite scary actually.  As soon as I went inside I felt as if I just entered a N.Y. pizzeria. The owner and another man were chatting it up and they did not hesitate to include the customers, which really helped make for a comfortable authentic N.Y. atmosphere. Patxi’s Chicago Pizza Restaurant in Palo Alto California

Food Nut brings us his review of Patxi's Chicago Pizza.  The Classic Chicago-style deep dish pizza is the reason to visit.  Pronounced “paw-CHEESE”, Patxi's pizza located on 441 Emerson Street in Palo Alto, (650) 473-9999, is run by a former cook and manager of Zachary’s Pizza in Oakland.  With that heritage, it was time to compare it again the reference. Decor, Vibe - The Palo Alto location was clean with a new modern feel.  Lots of Stanford students were eating here. This place serves only pizza, salad, and drinks. We tried the Caesar Salad ($5.25 or $9.50) and found it appealing but with lots of dressing.  Nice anchovies on top. Pretty big salad for $5.25.
