We have a local pizzeria on Nantucket Island, MA  called Pi Pizzeria serving
classic Neapolitan pizza, cooked in a wood/gas fired pizza oven. The pizza
is outstanding and many pizza fanatics are surprised that there is such a
high quality pizza place on the island.

The owner Evan Marley is passionate
about pizza and produces a product using the finest ingredients and
everything is made from scratch. He has sourced out the finest ingredients
like Esposito Sausage from a sausage maker in New York City and dough made
from organic stone-ground flour.

Everything at Pi Pizza is done to perfection. My personal favorite is the
Margherita with eggplant and roasted garlic. It's actually not on the menu,
but he makes it for me. Another favorite is the Gambella with shrimp,
garlic, tomato, basil and mozzarella. Along with making pizza they offer a
full menu of Italian-American cuisine. There is a lively and hip happening
bar that's usually filled with locals, restaurant owners, wine connoisseurs
and tourists. If you are ever on the island of Nantucket, stop in and give
Pi a try!
