I ate at the Sweet Tomatoes in Altamonte Springs, FL.  Sweet Tomatoes is a salad bar chain that's all over Florida as well as the rest of the country.  Their salad bar is the main attraction, but Sweet Tomatoes also has a few other buffet tables with very limited options.  Included in these other options is pizza.

Sweet Tomatoes serves focaccia pizza.  This means they take their focaccia bread (also on the buffet) and top it with some cheese and sauce.  This is a pizza that I would be very disappointed with if I ordered it from an Italian restaurant.  The crust always seems doughy and undercooked.  The sauce has a strange flavor that seems to vary from slice to slice.  It's definitely not what I would think of when I want pizza.  This pizza is bad, but if I'm already eating at Sweet Tomatoes, I'd definitely get a slice or two.

I will give the pizza from Sweet Tomatoes 2 out of 8 slices.
