Always one to give a second chance to a local place, I decided to go to Sal's Italian Ristorante (long name for pizza place) by the Town Center Mall.  I ordered the Sicilian and although it looked good, I cannot say I enjoyed it any better then I did the first time I tried it.  The cheese tasted rubbery, the crust wasn't tasty, and the sauce seemed processed.

Unfortunately this will be my last attempt at eating pizza at Sal's Pizza, at least at this location on St. Andrews Blvd. in Boca Raton. Actually they don't even recognize this location on their website, so maybe they sold this one?   I give this 2 out of 8 slices.
