Today we went to have lunch at Red Rock Coal Fired Pizza  located here in Boca Raton, Florida.  We ordered a large and a small Margarita pizza and were equally pleased with both.  Since the pizza's are supposedly coal fired (which personally I find hard to believe since coal is not an easily found element in Florida and seems relatively expensive to bring down) they come out usually in 6-8 minutes which is great during a busy lunch time!  Complaining about the pizza is hard, but since I like to complain about everything, I would have to say I am not a huge fan of the sauce (although others seem to LOVE it).  It isn't that the taste of it is bad or anything, but I really dislike the clumpy-ness of it (if that is even a word).  If you hold up the slice it is likely the sauce will fall off of it which usually leads to a major mess, couple with the fact that when you bite into the pizza you usually bite all the cheese off which pulls the sauce off as well.  So, what I usually do is push away most of the sauce and enjoy the pizza better that way.  Another thing that could make the place better is fountain soda instead of bottles, but since this is not a soda blog I won't touch anymore on that!  This pizza place is always consistent and I find myself trying to frequent it once every couple of weeks.  Therefore I will give Red Rock Pizza 6 out of 8 slices!
