CHEVY PIZZA CRAWL (#ChevyPizzaCrawl)

(park behind SW corner of Chevrolet building.)

10:30 AM Craig and the (19) #ChevyPizzaCrawl participants arrive at Chevy dealer (14401 West Sunrise Blvd Sunrise, FL 33323) and meet Axis, Prestige and dealer personnel, formal introductions are made.

10:35 AM Participants to fill out waivers, photo release forms and raffle slips. Angie to distribute name tags to all participants with their twitter handles. Stephanie to distribute t-shirts to all participants.

#ChevyPizzaCrawl Survival Kits (one per vehicle) are presented to participants. (Contents include bottled waters, hand sanitizers, Alka-Seltzer, gum, etc.)

10:45 AM Craig to give “Welcome” speech and thank participants, and announce raffle items and how to win them. (Best twitpic, Funniest tweet, Best team spirit, Best pizza review and Best car review)

11:00 AM Participants are escorted outside to where the 5 vehicles will be parked and Prestige to give brief overview on all models (OnStar, new features, etc.)

Participants will be divided up into groups of 2, 4, 4, 5 and 8 (23 total participants including Axis staff) between each vehicle.

11:15 AM #ChevyPizzaCrawl Round 2 to begin. Chevy caravan to make its way to first pizza stop, Antonio’s Pizza-Rant (13718 State Road 84, Davie, Florida 33325).

11:30 AM Chevy caravan to arrive at Antonio’s Pizza-Rant (13718 State Road 84, Davie, Florida 33325). for first pizza slice of the day. Participants to come inside, sit in reserved area and eat pizza slice and refreshments; take pics, video, tweet, etc.

12:00 PM Participants to switch into different vehicles and driver’s to alternate.

12:05 PM Chevy caravan to depart for second stop on the #ChevyPizzaCrawl.

12:30 PM Chevy caravan to arrive at Pizza Fusion (1013 N. Federal Hwy. Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304) for second slice of the day. Participants to gather inside establishment and eat pizza slices and refreshments.

1:00 PM Participants to switch into different vehicles and driver’s to alternate.

1:00 PM Chevy caravan to depart for third stop on the #ChevyPizzaCrawl.

1:10 PM Chevy caravan to arrive at Slice Pizzeria Restaurant (108 SE 1st Street, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301) for third slice of the day, refreshments and another raffle prize winner is announced.

2:30 PM Participants to switch into different vehicles and driver’s to alternate.

2:35 PM Chevy caravan to depart to fourth stop on the #ChevyPizzaCrawl.

3:00 PM Chevy caravan to arrive at AMICI’S Pizzeria-Café (4800 W. Hillsboro Blvd. A-17 Coconut Creek, Florida 33073) for fourth stop of the #ChevyPizzaCrawl. Pizza, refreshments to be distributed.

3:30 PM Participants to switch into different vehicles and driver’s to alternate.

3:35 PM Chevy caravan to depart to fifth and final stop on the #ChevyPizzaCrawl.

3:50 PM Chevy caravan to arrive at The Sicilian Oven (10140 West Sample Road, Coral Springs, FL 33065) for final stop and pizza tasting. Final raffle drawings to be conducted for participants.

4:30 PM Depart back to Ed Morse Chevrolet at Sawgrass (14401 West Sunrise Blvd

Sunrise, FL 33323) to return vehicles.

4:50 PM Arrive at Chevy dealer to conclude event.

5:00 PM Participants to collect their own vehicles parked at dealer.

Event concludes.
