Was playing poker the other night with Billy (of course ended up as a winner) and the guys ordered in pizza from Casa L'Italien pizza in Boca Raton again.  We like getting the pizza from there cause it is usually pretty consistent.  I ordered from Brooklyn Boys Pizza in Boca Raton a couple of times as well but they are totally ridiculous with their delivery prices to this neighborhood.

Upon opening the pizza box I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the presentation of this pizza was.  The cheese and sauce had a perfect ration and it was just begging me to eat it.  The slice itself was good and I would certainly not say anything about the taste, but the bottom of the pie wasn't cooked well enough and was very soggy.  Since we ordered well done, you would think they at least would take the time to cook it normally instead of under cooking.  Their cheese is very good, and I think we will order from this place regularly still.  Casa l'Italien Pizza in Boca Raton gets 5 out of 8 slices.
