I almost fainted last night when I arrived back into West Palm Beach and immediately headed towards one of my favorite Italian Restaurants in the West Palm area. Zuccarelli's Italian Kitchen has been serving some of the best Italian Food and Pizza for over 20 years. We even had a #chevypizzacrawl there, to show people from South Florida just how good it was. When I pulled into the parking lot, I noticed that Zuccarelli's was closed, and abandoned. After so many years of serving quality food, I couldn't believe they were closed. My family and I pulled out of the shopping center in disbelief and disappointment.

While making a u-turn onto Okeechobee Blvd. to head towards The Florida Turnpike, my wife noticed that Zuccarelli's is now located in the shopping center directly across Okeechobee Blvd. on the north side, in a somewhat more rundown shopping center named Pine Trail. After pulling into this rather hideous plaza, we eventually found Zuccarelli's on the east side of the plaza, about halfway down. The new address is

Apparently like most of the landlords with tons vacant space, Zuccarelli's landlord tried to jack up the price, so much so, that they weren't able to afford to stay there. Now the previous landlord, has another empty bay, and Zuccarelli's is doing the same amount of business across the street.  Why are some landlords so dumb, that they choose to loose a tenant of 20 years over a few bucks. Now the landlord gets what he deserves....zero rent in that space.
