We are just getting word in that one of our favorite pizza makers from Long Island sons has ventured out and opened a new place in Las Vegas.

As many of you can tell from my previous review of Raimo's Pizza in Hicksville, Long Island, I am a huge fan of their Sicilian.  If Pizzeria Enzo is even remotely as good, then it is safe to say the people of Las Vegas will be able to finally taste some quality pies.

Although we haven't tried this place yet, we are anxiously awaiting the day we are in vegas and can check it out.  In the mean time we will ask some of our loyal pizza spies that live in Las Vegas to head on in and check out the Sicilian slice for us.  We will keep you informed.
