Since I am a new reviewer here I will try to keep this post short and to the point. I was driving through the narrow roadways of the gold coast of Long Island, NY, and got hungry along the way. Since there aren't many choices through the Brookville and Matinecock area of the North Shore, the town of Locust Valley is the obvious choice. This is the only place in the immediate area with a small town like this. This is the kind of town that you see in movies. Super wealthy, and some quaint shops.

I noticed Gino & Co. Pizza on Birch Hill Road, and pulled in to grab a slice. It was amazing.

The thin crust brick oven pizza here was some of the best I have had on the North Shore. This out-of-the-main-stream location in Locust Valley sports zero seating comforts, at best, a lab bench, but that didn't stop all the people from eating there. The cheese was delightfully applied over a sweet tasting sauce, which was evenly dispersed over the crisp tasty crust. All ingredients were of the utmost quality.

Like I said, if you are looking for comfy seating this isn't your place. However, if you ever get off the train from NYC and find yourself walking on Birch Hill Road, make sure you pop into Gino & Co. for a slice of their outstanding thin crust, brick oven pizza.

Gino & Co. Pizza in Locust Valley gets 6 out of 8 slices.
