I picked up a pizza from Caffe Positano in Lake Mary, FL. I've bought pizza from their other two locations in the past (Apopka and Sanford), but for some reason I thought this location didn't serve pizza.

I remember going to this Caffe Positano when they first opened looking for pizza, only to be told that they don't make pizza there. I finally returned to the restaurant, and it seems they are now equipped to make both pizza and other types of Italian food.

Just like at the other two locations, the pizza was really good here. It was nice and thin with a nice cheese/sauce ratio. The crust was a little too crispy in spots, but otherwise I have no complaints.  While the pizza was good, the restaurant's employees were a little strange in my short interaction that I had while picking up my called in order.  My pizza was coming out of the oven when I walked in. Several employees then proceeded to argue with one another about who would slice the pie. It was kind of weird that 4 or 5 people in the kitchen all had excuses to why they couldn't slice a pizza.

With Mario's out of business and the sudden loss of pizza quality at Dallis, I think Caffe Positano is going to be my new favorite place to get pizza in Lake Mary.  I'm going to have to give their pizza another try!
