After hearing from one of my trusted Italian confidants about Fratelli Di Bufala located towards the southern end South Beach, Miami, I went there with pure happiness for what my tastebuds were about to encounter. I mean this Italian was pretty accurate on his Pizza Piola assesment, so why should I doubt him?

It is usually served along with cucumber sauce and diced tomatoes. Many places offer it on a plate, instead of bread. Today’s variety comes in a wide variety of choices, including beef, lamb, chicken, goat, or mixed meats.

Atlantic City New Jersey. Sun, surf and sand. The Queen of Resorts. The boardwalk. Well, the Borgata is not on the Boardwalk so it doesn’t have all that AC has to offer. But it does have a very nice Buffet. What is wrong with me that among the roasted meats, elegant entrees and wonderful dishes, I find myself trying the pizza.

You would have thought the proprietor of New York Pizza in Amsterdam would have also added the name “Ray’s” in the title of this pizza place somewhere, I would have. This way he could try to fool other people into actually think they were getting anything remotely relevant to NY pizza.
