The truth about this restaurant is much less amusing than the previous comments imply. This restaurant is in violation of so many health codes that it is positively scary. The employees are not certified to handle food, and subsequently do not follow the guidelines required to maintain sanitary conditions. The slice of pizza you ate could have sat there for 8 hours, as they often do. The “fresh mutz” that was placed on your slice was, undoubtably, handled without any utensil or gloves, and was strewn on with the bare hands of the individual who served you. Do you know what dirt or diseases were on those hands? Did you see how thoroughly the person washed their hands after speaking on the phone? Did he use soap, or just run water over them and dry them? If you think the decor in the dining area is bad, try taking a look in the kitchen some time. The floor is unfinished concrete, with paint peeling off of it. The walls are covered in grease and dirt, which often gets into the food. The dishes, cooking utensils and cutlery are filthy, always covered in the same substances that can be found on the walls and floor of the kitchen. Then try going to the restroom. If you want to sit on that toilet, you’re braver than me! The last time this place got a health inspection, the manager was advised of a list of violations, all of which were required to retain their license. Rather than fix any of those violations, the owner is now planning to sell the place to some poor sucker who does not know what he’s getting into.
Eat at Pizza Hut… eat off the floor of the restroom in Pizza Hut…it’s guaranteed to be better for you than eating at Mr. Pronto!

I read this review and believe that the taste of a slice of pizza is a personal prefferance not to mention the color of the wall. I have been to the Mr. Pronto pizza shop and have had several slices, it that actually tasted very good. Just like all other pizza shops that have their pizza on display prior to preheating it, Mr. Pronto throws a bit more fresh mutz before putting the slice in the oven. Besides the pizza, Mr. Pronto has a great salad and phillie cheesestake sub. The manager of the place was observed picking up the phone, speaking to a customer and immediately washing his hands after finishing his call, now that's important, not the color of the wall and any other decorating that may not suit you. Have I had better pizza before? Yes, but not in many places in Palm Beach or Broward. From a 1-10, I rate Mr. Pronto Pizza a 8.5.

The picture looks terrible in the picture. Its amazing how customer service can take a bad experience and make it good. BTW, what were you doing late at night by the massage parlor???
