Mr. Pizza guy. You are wrong here on several aspects. Peter and his wife moved here from New York about 3 or 4 years ago. This is this only store he owns, it is not related to the ones in Dallas. He spent months and months converting the old Taco Bell into the restaurant it is now, by the sweat of his own brow. I suggest you go try again, and get pizza with some meat on it. Peter's pizza is as New York authentic as it gets. I am a life time Texan, and believe you me, Peter is a authentic Italian pizza maker. The reason you got a bit of tomato skin is because the sauce is home made, not off the restaurant truck. May I suggest the pepperoni, italian sausage pizza, or perhaps a canaloni, which is enough for two people. Thank you. -Craig
