Vittorio’s II Pizza Vero Beach

As the son of pizzaexpert, I hold pizza to a higher standard then most 11 year olds. While visiting some family near Vero Beach, my uncle took me to a new pizza place called Vittorio’s II Pizza located on Route 60. After researching it seems like Vittorio’s has another pizza location to the south, but I have not gone there yet.
The pizza I ordered was a meat lovers kind of slice. The crust was very toasty (crisp) and all the toppings on it came out hot and fresh. The cheese was very gooey, and tasted really good. The sauce had little bits of tomato in it which I do not like. I don’t like chunky sauce on my pizza slice!
That is pretty much it, and as far as other slices I have had in the Vero Beach area, this one was pretty good. I will give Vittorio’s Pizza 5 out of 8 slices.

I was told 45min to an hr for delivery. After 1-1/2 Hours I was told by the girl answering the phone it was out for delivery. 30min later I called the store to speak with the manager and he refused to get on the phone. The girl told me again that it was out for delivery and that the manager would take 50% off the bill. 10min later the driver showed up and I asked him if my food was cold from being in his car for over 30min and he told me he had just picked it up from the restaurant 10min ago. Now I live within 5min of this place and my food was just above warm.
On our order was:
Gnnocci – My wife said they were gritty
Footlong Pizza Steak – Enough meat for 1/2 a sandwich, very chewy roll, barely any sauce
Fries – Warm but very soggy and TONS of condensation in the container
A Stomboli – To afraid to even try it – put it in the fridge for now
Either my food sat in their resaurant or in the drivers truck but either way it wasn't very fresh and the whole organazation just lies to get by….I can't believe the manager wouldn't take my call….have you ever heard of such a thing?
I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN – But more importantly…..I will never reccomend this restaurant to anyone, friend or foe!!!!!

I'm sorry you feel that way. Wonder who it was? I work at Vittorios II and Chris, our manager, will always talk to a customer….hmmm. And I eat there ALL THE TIME! Sounds very gooooodd. I've never had a complaint in all the time I've worked there.
