Carnival pizza has to be the absolute WORST pizza on Long Island. For a brief moment while I bit into my tasteless slice of regular pizza I imagined I was in Pennsylvania eating what I thought was the worst slice of pizza I had ever eaten then I realized no I am on long island eating the worst slice of New York Pizza I have ever eaten! If you think this place is good then you most likely smoke lots of crack on a daily basis! The cheese was dry and conjealed like an old scab. I asked for it to be just warm but of course it was piping hot. I loaded it up with parmasean cheese and garlic salt and to no avail I ended up biting into a dead floppy tasteless fish of a pizza slice! With each bite it got worse and worse. If you want REAL pizza take a road trip down to Umbertos behind the Smithhaven Mall!

I grew up on Nicky's pizza. Sitting on the stool sipping a soda eating a slice. What memories. I loved that shopping center,….great memories. There is no other pizza like Pizza Carnival, especially down here in South Florida.

Today 2 friends who hadn't been into Carnival for quite a while decided to give it another try; we won't be back. Our server was not interested in being a server once our food was on our table: never asked to refill a soda, didn't offer to refill water. My Caesar's Salad came without dressing and without croutons. When I asked for dressing she disappeared, never to return. Finally, when we were ready to go and the bus girl came by, I asked her to take the salad off the bill as it was uneaten; even that didn't prompt a visit from the waitress. She dropped the bill on the table, said not a word. When I asked her why she wasn't interested in asking about the non-billed salad her remark was 'what should I have done, fight with you over it?' No, what she should have done is apologize, or offer a replacement, or offer to take it off the bill or just delivered the dressing as asked. But I guess she forgot that she serves diners, not food. Yup – this helped us remember why we hadn't been in for so long!

wow..they call you by your first name…that's impressive. I guess you understand Spanish?
The waitresses that work there are very unskilled but I do like the pasta. Top of the list. I agree with the comment above yours about the pizza. I don't like it or that obnoxious tough guy with the tattoos that refuses to smile. The Wine dinners are fun.

I am a regular at Carnival Restaurant and the service there is amazing. They treat me like I'm VIP, call me by first name, and they are very generous when it comes to serving size. If I don't like something that they gave me they give 2 of something i do like. The only thing is a lot of people go there and you have to listen for your ticket # to be called to get your food. That's when it is really crowded.

That place sucks. The service is one of the worst in the area and the pizza is just slightly better than that crap they serve at Colesso Pizza in Port Jeff Station. There are a few pizza reviews on www.AManintheKitchen.com about these wonderful establishments.

Carnival pizza, is the best. I don't eat pizza crust and I even ate that! I had chicken cutlet pieces put ontop of my pizza, and it was the freshest cutlets ever! It was a bit cold, cheese not all the way melted, but I wll give this pizzaria 7 slices ou of 8.
