Times Square Pizza has recently reopened in Boca Raton, FL (561) 393-6757.  It seems like it was closed forever during the renovation.  Now that it’s open again  it looks… the same.

As far as I can tell, I don’t see a difference between how it used to look and now.  The restaurant
is not open yet, but the pizzeria is open so here is an early review.

Whileyou can order at the counter (a real plus for us here at the worstpizza.com building), the tables are really small.  You can’t even call it a table. It’s more like a shelf, forcing the eater to stare at a blank wall. The
pizza is OK.  My best description for it is floppy.  The cheese flops over the side, and floppy is just the feel of the slice.  It was also a little heavy for my taste.  I like a lighter slice.

Overall, its good for a neighborhood place.  Nothing fancy.  I give it 4 slices out of 8.  The pizza was better than OK for south Florida, and I would go back after they officially reopen to review it again.

I've been to that pizzeria with my wife and 3 kids, and we loved it. The pizza is perfect, not soggy, not floppy. We all loved it. And now, we come here every week.

I went there again today, and it wasn;t floppy, but it still was too heavy for my taste. I don't want to give it another review, at least not yet, as I hear they are having a “Grand Opening” next week, so I will give them some more time.

Not trying to be disrespectfull but I really think you must be out of your mind, their pizza is by far the best one in Boca, I am a pizza lover and beeing eating pizza in every pizza parlor around and so far couldnt find nothing better than them. Not only that, but their service is great, and I love the fact that the owner is always there.

Well if you have been eating in every pizza parlor in the world, you would know and understand that the rest of the world has better pizza out there then this. Places like Spumoni Gardens, Rosas just to name a few in New York are substantially better. I will however, give it a try myself and write my own review, besides the one Matt did. I am a big fan of a place with great service and an Owner who is present consistently. Just do me the favor, leave the experts to decide what pizza is good and what is not.

Yes, sorry about the around the world, you are right! This is a free country, and one were we should be able to get quality pizza wherever we go. Personally I have not eaten at Times Square in Boca Raton for MONTHS. I didn't really care for it the last time, but I will certainly keep an open mind and try it for myself. I understand they just had their grand opening and I will ask Matt to join me so we can discuss the pizza together. Please feel free to join us there while we do it so we can all openly discuss what should or shouldn't be done to change this pizza.
The Chuck E Cheese post is justified since they actually do serve pizza there. And in a free country they deserve to be reviewed as well.

Rob, although I still disagree about Chuck E Cheese (I think it sucks) I look forward to meeting you there and enjoying what should be some quality pizza together! Will let you know when I can break away and go. Did you go to their grand reopening yesterday?

Floppy? Their pizza is best and crispiest around! My friends always want to order from more familiar pizzeria's, I always put up a fight and they understand why as soon as they take their first bite!

I think I am going to have to come and try it for myself. Hopefully today if I could get there!

I have tried three different pizzas from Times Square, the white, cheese, and pepperoni. My favorite is the white. Having tried pizza from NY to Texas, I can say Times Square makes a great slice. The white is very light with just the right amount of ricotta and mozzarella cheese. You can taste the quality of ingredients that they use. I will tell all of my friends in Boca about the best pizza in town. In my opinion, I give Times Square 7 out of 8 slices.
